About the facility
Dedicated to the weaving of textiles
Divya Textiles runs a focused weaving operation for cotton and cotton-mixture fabrics, built around consistent warp and weft uniformity.
Weaving practice
Structured fabric construction
Our weaving work begins with yarn management and loom setup. Warp tension and weft insertion are managed to keep the cloth structure even across each run.
The emphasis is on structured fabric rather than finished consumer garments, supporting longer commercial fabric requirements.

Production sequence
From yarn to inspected fabric
01
Yarn setup
Cotton and cotton-mixture yarns are prepared and organised for the warp.
02
Warp tensioning
The warp is set and tensioned to hold uniform spacing across the loom.
03
Weaving
Weft is interlaced through the warp to form the fabric structure.
04
Final inspection
Finished fabric is checked for uniformity before it leaves the facility.
